We provide various shipping options to accommodate your requirements, whether you need your products urgently or prefer the most economical delivery method. Below are the details about our delivery process:

Important Note:

Due to changes in Royal Mail's delivery policy, we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery for orders containing three or more batteries to certain Offshore and Highland regions. This includes multiple disposables, vape kits, prefilled kits, and batteries.

Affected postcodes: ZE, BT, GY, IM, IV40, IV49, IV51, JE, KW15, KW16, KW17, HS, KA27, KA28, PA20–PA38, PA41–PA49, PA60–PA78, PA80, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25

Choose DPD or Tracked 48 for affected areas – we will try our best to ensure you receive your item on time.

Processing Time

  • Order placed before 1pm are processed the same working day (Monday to Friday)
  • Order placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holiday,will be processed the next working day

Delivery Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (UK): 2–4 working days
  • Express Delivery (UK): 1–2 working days
  • Next Day Delivery (UK): Available for orders placed before [4:00 PM] (Monday–Friday)
  • International Delivery: 5–10 working days (availability depends on local laws and restrictions regarding vaping products)

Delivery Charges

Please note:

  • Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 1pm (Mon to Fri)
  • online orders can only be collected 30 minutes after they have been placed on the website.

Age Verification Policy

 

By law, all vape product deliveries require age verification (18+). When placing your first order, we utilize VerifymyAge to verify your age. This verification occurs after your order is completed on the confirmation page. Upon delivery,our courier partners may request proof of age . Please ensure someone over 18 is available to receive the parcel.

Important: If we are unable to verify your age, we cannot dispatch your items until verification is complete. We cannot be held liable for any delays in your order.

Packaging & Discretion

 

All orders are packed in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to vaping products, ensuring your privacy.

Tracking Your Order

 

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays & Support

 

While we aim to deliver on time, occasional courier delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team at support@firstchoicevape.co.uk

Shipping Protection

 

We offer optional Shipping Protection to ensure your order arrives safely. When you add Shipping Protection, your package will be sent with a tracked, signature-required delivery service.

This option can be enabled or disabled while adding items to your cart. The protection eliminates disputes about packages being "lost" during or after transit, as proof of delivery is required.

Important: The insurance fee cannot be refunded once an item has been dispatched with Shipping Protection. Please consider this option carefully at checkout.
